  • Protection in its most beautiful form Design aspects along with modularity, functionality and ergonomics, are rapidly becoming more and more important for plant and machinery manufacturers, especially when selecting the appropriate control enclosure for their machines and installations. To meet the increasing demand for aesthetically pleasing enclosures, we have developed a new BERNSTEIN Control Enclosure System. In addition to technical optimisation, a contemporary design and modular systems are of the utmost importance – all are included in this new product.

    Control Enclosure versions

    • Nine possible depths:
      • Basic section: 75 mm, 125 und 185 mm
      • Section combination possibilities  :
        150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 260 mm,
        310 mm and 370 mm
    • Installation depths: 53 mm till 334 mm
    • Height and width: max. 1000 mm in either direction
    • Frames can be used in individual or multiple combinations
    • Innovative console configurations with a connecting element specially aligned to the new design
      • The keyboard console can be inclined downwards by 20 or 10 degrees

    Frame design

    • Extruded aluminium sections (anodised) assembled at the ends via corner modules form the housing body
    • Possibility to personalise the colour of the enclosure to your specific corporate identity (corner modules, front and rear panels, anodised aluminium sections)
    • Integrated recessed grips on the left and right hand side to provide simple and safe handling

    Features

    • Special concealed hinge arrangement, unique in the market today
    • Centering of the folding frames by a concealed door alignment feature
    • Internally-mounted front panel through clamping tie bar
    • Fixed rear panel (also for optional connection to panel coupling) or hinged version
    • Signal light integrated in the design (RGB-LED)
    • Separate handles and diverse add-on elements (interfaces, buttons, etc.)
