ID Systems Di-soric

Laser-Scanner

The ID-01 is a compact Laser-Scanner and is featured by the highest reading rates in his class. The ID-01 offers a wide field of view with a scan angle of 70°, a ultra compact design and the ability for a flexible implementation. The laser scanner ID-02 combines flexible connection possibilities with powerful decoding functions and offers the reliable decoding of 1D-barcodes in almost every automation environment. In addition to the metal screw-on connectors and the X-mode technology, the ID-02 is offering IP54 – protection standard and is also equipped with optional integrated Ethernet protocols. The ID laser scanner is combining the state-of-the-art barcode technology and the connectivity of readers within a easy solution for the tracking, tracing and controlling of barcodes. Easy to install and to set-up, the reader offers a programmable scan raster to read and decode even damaged or incorrect positioned codes in different distances.

Image based ID-Reader

di-soric provides fast, reliable reading solutions for all symbologies and OCR. Our products read any linear barcodes or 2D-symbols printed or directly marked. Linear or 1D-barcodes have been in commercial use since the 1970s and are the most common symbology type used for automatic identifi cation part tracking. Today, increasing numbers of manufacturers are using two-dimensional

(2D-symbols), such as Data Matrix, that offer greater placement flexibility and increased data capacity. Many industries specify the exact symbologies that must be used, and regulate their quality. In addition, many manufacturers now practice “cradle to-grave” traceability and permanently mark parts with a machine-readable symbol that is verified at each stage of the manufacturing process. Machine-readable symbols generally fall into the categories of linear barcodes, stacked symbols, 2Dsymbols, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) fonts.

A few examples of each are shown below.

Mobile ID-Reader

The mobile imager ID-07 is the powerful handreader for the industrial environment. It reads every Challenging direct part mark (DPM), from linear barcodes up to 2D-codes. Using future orientated technologies, the ID-07 imager combines a powerful lighting with aggressive X-mode algorithms. This results in a robust, mobile plug & play imager, easy in the handling and with a maximum reliability in reading DPM applications with a low contrast background.

The ID-08 2D-handheld imager provides fast decode rates and long range reading in a light-weight, durable package. Its dual field optics decode most 1D- and 2D-symbols in any orientation at short and long distances. The ID-08 combines a compact form factor with ruggedness and high performance. It can sustain multiple drops from 6 feet (1.8 meters) and is ideal for applications from the clean room to the factory floor.

The ID-09 is a compact handheld imager for decoding low contrast 2D-symbols on substrates such as sheet metals, castings, plastics, and electronic components. Its dual field optics are optimized to read both linear barcodes and 2D-symbols, including challenging marks such as those created by direct part mark (DPM) methods such as dot peen and laser/chemical etch. The ID-09 is an ideal portable reading solution for any industrial barcode or 2D application, even with difficult low contrast codes.
