Laser Distance Sensors
General description
di-soric laser distance sensors are used for precise measuring of distances down to the micrometer at diverse ranges.Laser distance sensors LAT 51
LAT 51 laser distance sensors operate based on the triangulation method. The distance to the object is measured irrespective of the surface texture of the object and output as a standard analog signal. The usable analog acquisition range can be precisely defined by means of a user-friendly teach-in function. If an object is within this range, the output also includes a switch signal.Laser distance sensors LAT 61
LAT 61 laser distance sensors feature an extremely high resolution with a small beam diameter. Thanks to the light design together with the high protection class, those devices are suited for direct mounting on movable machine parts such as robot arms. The integrated electronic analysis circuitry with a digital display enables easy configuration of the sensor and fast visualisation of the measured distances. Two analog outputs and three configurable switch outputs send the information directly to a connected machine controller.Laser distance sensors LHT 9-45
LHT 9-45 laser distance sensors operate based on the light propagation time principle. Due to the high reproducibility and precision, they are used for positioning floor conveyors in high-bay warehouses, for speed regulation and for preventing collisions in electric suspended railways. These sensors can also be used as light scanners with background suppression up to a range of 10 m.
Colour Sensors
di-soric colour sensors are ideal for industrial colour measurement and colour identification in virtually all production processes. The perceptive technology, which is equivalent to the precision of the human eye, also allows their use in quality control inspections. The sensors can identify and analyse not only colour changes, but also different surface structures. The integrated long-term stabilisation ensures reliable processes over an extended period without manual readjustment. Utilisation under fluctuating brightness conditions is also possible, thanks to the integrated extraneous light compensation. The colour sensors of this series are available with different lens elements, luminous power ratings and measuring channels, to allow users to choose the ideal version for their individual application. Standard parameters for all di-soric colour sensors can be configured by control buttons and a common software platform allows advanced configuration.
Fork Light Barriers
di-soric fork light barriers are working on the principle of through beam sensors. Transmitter, receiver and all the electronics are in one metal casing ensuring a very simple and quick installation. Complex brackets for fastening the transmitter and receiver as well as time-consuming adjustment are unnecessary.
di-soric fork light barriers have a sturdy metal casing. All devices with clocked infrared or red light have a high immunity against ambient light. Thanks to the high switching frequency, the short response time and the high resolution even very small parts can be very precisely positioned and very fast movements reliably detected.
Angled Light Barriers
di-soric angled light barriers are working on the principle of through beam sensors. Transmitter, receiver and all the electronics are in one metal casing ensuring a very simple and quick installation.
Complex brackets for fastening the transmitter and receiver as well as time-consuming adjustment are unnecessary. Thanks to the high switching frequency, the short response time and the high resolution even very small parts can be very precisely positioned and very fast movements reliably detected. di-soric angled light barriers have a robust die-cast zinc or steel casing and all devices with clocked infrared or red light have a high immunity against ambient light.
Frame and Ring Light Barriers
di-soric frame and ring light barriers are the optimal solution for detecting metallic or non-metallic parts. A number of photocells form a light curtain (light corridor) and detect small parts from a size of 0,7 mm. Typical applications include counting very small parts, the lenght measurement of parts at a constant feed speed and checking for the ejection of parts to protect tools on presses and punches. Patented technical specialties, sturdy casings and height protection classes feature these di-soric sensors.

Level Probes
Label Sensors
The number of labels used in the market is steadily increasing. The range varies from transparent labels “non-label-look”, printed and partially metallized label up to booklets with integrated operating manual. In order to safely detect this variety of labels, mostly just to have one physical function principle for label sensors is not sufficient. Therefore, di-soric is offering a large program regarding that range.
Optical label sensors
are features by a very high switching frequency, a short response time and a high resolution. Large fork openings offer enough room for thicker label material. Versions with a very flat lower branch enable the detection of labels directly on the dispenser edge, guaranteeing a considerably increased precision of dispensing.
Capacitive label sensors
detect very thin as well as transparent labels and allow their exact positioning. Capacitive label sensors can also be used for the detection of double-layers as well as bonding points.
Ultrasonic label sensors
detect, despite their large fork opening, very thin and transparent film labels and offer enough space for thicker, folded labels. A clear operating menu with integrated display enables an intuitive adjustment of the sensor functions without operating manual.Ultrasonic label sensors do not just detect very thin and transparent foil labels. They also reliably detect metalized labels and provide sufficient clearance for thicker, folded booklets. The innovative dual operation concept-optionally implemented using IO-Link or teach-in with manual threshold value adjustment-makes it possible to put the sensor into operation quickly.
Cylinder Sensors
Sensors for Gripper Systems
Sensors for gripper systems are made for gripping tongs with integrated magnets to detect their position. These sensors are wear-free and offer a high degree of operational safety and reliability. di-soric cylinder sensors are available in different designs offerring a specially adjusted magnet field for the use on all common and well-known gripping tongs. These sensors are characterised by a sturdy design in connection with a high repeatability.
Movement Sensors
di-soric offers a new generation of high-quality movement sensors. This innovative product family opens up completely new possibilities to detect movements contactless. The optical movement sensor OBS 60…is a compact movement sensor for the detection of feed and rotating movements of different materials. Movements will be shown by a switching output.
Ultrasonic Sensors
di-soric ultrasonic sensors are used in automationing tasks for distance measurement and as proximity switches. They work on the principle of sound time measurement which ensures a reliable detection irrespective of colour or surface finish. Even transparent objects, liquids and powders are reliably detected. di-soric ultrasonic sensors are insensitive to dirt and can be applied on long distances. UItrasonic proximity switches, ultrasonic forks and ultrasonic though beam sensors without any blind zone round off the present range.
Inclination Sensors
di-soric inclination sensors measure changes in angles and output these measurements via analog outputs or programmable switch outputs. Typically, these sensors are used for measuring inclinations on construction machines and for levelling agricultural and commercial vehicles, as well as for tracking solar modules based on the sun position. The fully electronic inclination sensors are available with 2-axis analysis with up to 120° coverage per axis and 2 standard analog outputs, as well as with a coverage range that can be limited to a maximum of +/- 45°. In addition, up to 2 switching ranges can be defined independent of the programmed analog range. Thanks to the high protection type IP 67 and the robust metal housing, the sensors are ideal for use in harsh industrial environments as well as in outdoor areas.
Contact Sensors
di-soric contact and vibration sensors respond to vibrations or contact of an object on the sensor contact face. This unique sensor was developed to detect small parts of 0.3 g upwards. The application fields are complex e. g. reliable hail detection on roofs or solar systems till counting applications in the screw production. A sturdy metal casing together with a high- strength baffle plate and the high protection class characterise these contact and vibration sensors.
Magnetic Field Sensors
di-soric magnet field sensors will be applied for the safe detection of high electronic current. The typical application is the monitoring of electronic welding systems. The sensor can be easily and quickly fixed from the outside to the electric cable to be controlled. A sturdy plastics casing with a completely potted electronics and high protection class feature these sensors.
Radar Sensors
Radar sensors will be used in different applications for non-contact detection of objects. The mode of operation enables the concealed mounting behind a protective wall, whereby the detection of any movement through the wall is possible. di-soric radar sensors distinguish between approaching and removing objects up to a distance of 6 meters. Moreover the sensitivity resp. the size of the item to be detected can be adjusted to mask small parts. Thanks to the sturdy design and the high protection class radar sensors are well suited for outdoor applications.
