di-soric Checker is a "all-in-one" Vision Sensor with integrated illumination and variable working distance.  

The Checker detects independent of the position unique part features as per their appearance; this is resulting in reliable part detection, which is nearly not possible to reach with photoelectric sensors. The vision sensor is simple to install and it is able to inspect up to 6000 parts per minute, furthermore its compact dimensions allow the simple mounting even in narrow spaces.   

Vision sensor Checker is available with different resolutions. The integrated logic, which allows different evaluation options, completes the program.  

Checker is simple to set up and operate with one step. Even a first-time user can have it up and running in minutes—without training. Simply select the built-in part finding sensor place inspection sensors on the features to inspect then check it with Checker!
