The SIPLUS HCS4300 heating control system controls and switches heat emitter arrays and other resistive loads in 400 V/480 V voltage supply systems in industrial environments.

Communication takes place via PROFINET and provides, together with the SIMATIC S7, for example, a highly-modern and powerful automation system.

The main components of the SIPLUS HCS4300 heating control system are:

  • Central Interface Module (CIM) installed in metal enclosure
    • Mounting is carried out using 4 screws (2 top and 2 bottom) on the left side of the power output module.
  • Power output module (POM) installed in metal enclosure
    • Up to 6 power output modules can be operated on one CIM.
  • Communication via PROFIBUS IO, for example, with SIMOTION, SIMATIC S7, or Industrial PC
