Diffuse Sensors
di-soric diffuse (reflective) sensors have been developed for numerous applications in the automation industry. Highlights like a sturdy casing and compact design feature these sensors. Even applications in demanding environmental conditions can be easily solved thanks to the protections class IP 69 K. Laser diffuse (reflective) sensors are featured by a high accuracy and are made for the exact detection of smallest parts. Transmitter and receiver are positioned in the same housing whereas the receiver is detecting the light being emitted by the transmitter and reflected by the object.
Different operating distances guarantee a safe detection in all sensing ranges. A simple and inexpensive adaption to all fields of applications is guaranteed.
Retroreflective Sensors
di-soric retro-reflective sensors have been developed for many different fields of applications. Functional highlights like a sturdy casing and a compact design feature these sensors.
Even appliations in very demanding environmental conditions and outdoor applications can be reliably solved thanks to the high protection class IP 69 K. The transmitter and the receiver are located in the same housing and the receiver detects the light emitted by the transmitter that has been reflected by a reflector. The availability in different sensing ranges ensure inexpensive solutions for many different types of sensing applications.
Through Beam Sensors
di-soric through beam sensors have been developed for the most different applications. Functional highlights like a sturdy housing and a compact design feature these sensors. Even applications in demanding environmental conditions and also outdoors can be easily solved thanks to the protections class IP 69 K.
Transmitter and receiver are positioned in two separate housings. When interrupting the light beam this will cause a change in the output status of the receiver. di-soric laser through beams sensors will be applied when having an application in automation, where very tiny objects have to be detected safely, quickly and reliably. Thanks to the use of collimated red light laser, a continuous high accuracy of the switching point can be reached over the entire range between transmitter and receiver.
Contrast Sensors
di-soric optical contrast diffuse sensors are featured by a reliable detection of print marks on different carrier foils like labels, foils, banderoles, cardboard or tubes. Differences in contrast of 4 % or more are reliably detected at a distance of 30 mm. Thanks to the short response time of 0.2 milliseconds, di-soric contrast sensors are suited to be used in fast-moving processes. Start-up is user-friendly either by using the teach key or the the remote teach function. The sensors are working with white light and are characterised by a sturdy casing and a high protection class.
High Performance Photoelectric Sensors
The di-soric high performance photocell sensors have been developed in various compact housing models. These sensors guarantee a good performance even at an extreme high degree of contamination.
Chips, dust, flour, oil, dirt water offer no resistance to these through-beam sensors, and thereby these sensors can be used in many applications in the wood and paper industry, control of bulk material, in elevators, for outdoor gate control,
in the food industry and many more fields. The photocells work using red as well as infrared modulated light, ensuring a good immunity to parasitic light influences.
