- The ODS 10 is an optical distance sensor which measures the distance to a non-cooperating target and makes the information available as a measurement value. The maximum range of the device is 4,000 mm, whereby an accuracy of +/-30 mm is achieved. A range of up to 25,000 mm can be achieved for distance measurements using a reflector. The level of accuracy is almost fully independent of the material.
